We offer services such as Long-Term Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation Services to include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy as well as 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care and Respite Care.

Many of our dedicated employees have been with us for years. All provide top-quality nursing and healthcare under the direction of your own physician with a spirit of kindness and compassion. At Hart County Health Care Center, we encourage family visits and involvement.

To provide the greatest peace of mind and better meet your needs, we accept admissions and readmissions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We will be here for you whenever you need us. Everything we do is designed with the goal of helping you get the most out of life in a setting where both the quality of care and the level of service are superior.
